This Workplace assessor course is a NZQA unit standard based programme, providing learners with everything they need to know about becoming a registered Assessor.

Recommended for

Those wanting to assess candidates against unit standards i.e. Trainers, Supervisory roles or anyone carrying out on-job training, HR roles, etc.

 Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this workplace assessment training scheme, learners will have an understanding of the context and definition of competency and provide constructive feedback, enabling them to work independently as workplace assessors, or may choose to study further in the field of adult education and training. 

Delivery Options:

1 and Day Workshop Based Training

  • Post course assessments - Learners will be required to complete written and practical assessments (4098 and 11281), with coaching support via telephone and email.  These assessments must be submitted within 3 months from workshop attendance.
