Phil Macquarie - General Manager

Phil initially trained in the telecommunications field and later protection, automation and SCADA systems. He went on to manage multi-million dollar maintenance contracts on Transpower national grid stations, protection and telecommunications equipment before diversifying into IT&T. Phil holds business and technical qualifications which complement his workplace experience. He has a relaxed, personable style that puts people at ease. Phil is a Director and Systems Manager for Macquarie Training Ltd. Phil has facilitated industry forums and been involved in development of new technical unit standards and qualifications. Phil is an experienced trainer, workplace assessor and moderator. His specialty is in job/task analysis and development of training and assessment programmes for entire companies. |

Sharon Macquarie - Managing Director

Sharon designs and develops training and assessment material as well as delivering gap training and workplace assessment. Sharon has a flair for identifying underlying business needs and is passionate about adding value. Sharon has a strong management background and holds business qualifications as well as electrical engineering theory. Sharon has a flexible approach to developing training and assessment programmes for teams and individuals that are tailored to meet specific needs. Sharon has a wonderful, friendly can do attitude and is always striving to surpass the expectations of those around her. |

Roslyn Buckton - Operations Manager

Roslyn is our Operations Manager she has had considerable experience within corporate, call centre and the event industries both within New Zealand and overseas. Having worked within many varied industries, Roslyn brings with her a vast knowledge to contribute to her current role. Roslyn looks after training projects to ensure all training requirements of our clients are not only met - but exceeded! |

Stephanie Tattersall - Learning and Development Specialist

Steph is our Training & Development Specialist and has been an experienced workplace assessor for over 10 years. She designs assessment material and is also a moderator. Stephanie has a natural ability to motivate candidates to complete their qualifications. Coupled with her friendly disposition, candidates always enjoy working with her.

Audrey Mercier - Administrator

Having recently joined our team, Audrey is the first point of contact of Macquarie Training. She holds qualifications both in communication and media production and has experience as a TV production coordinator in Canada. She is currently in the process of completing her Masters in Communication and Cultural Studies at the Institute of Education, London later this year. Audrey is now fully committed to the adult education field and is very enthusiastic about becoming a qualified assessor.

With a background that ranges from national Marketing Manager, Marketing and Management Trainer, to ITO and PTE Training and Development Management. Paul brings a wealth of experience to our team. Paul is based in Napier and has a true passion for passing on his knowledge to others through programmes that are full of value and learning experiences that are relevant to the workplace. |

| Raewyn's background is in contact centre operations, supervision and training coordination and delivery. Raewyn holds contact centre and adult education qualifications and is a very experienced assessor specialising in contact centres, first line management, business administration and health and safety. Raewyn supports the Macquarie Training team when necessary with assessment and moderation activities. |

| Tangi assists Macquarie Training with national and international projects involving skills scoping, development of organisational training plans and training course delivery. Tangi holds management qualifications as well as being a registered electrician and supervisor. He has a strong background in project and contract management. Tangi is a Managing Director for Waikato Electrical Services Ltd and Tranzgrid Solutions Ltd. Tangi has a wealth of experience and knowledge and enjoys the opportunity to give something back to others through training. |

| Greta orginially trained with and was an Officer in the Royal New Zealand Navy. Her career has been focused on Training and Development, HR and Quality Management. Greta holds a Bachelor in Sciences, NZCE Mechanical, Certificate in Management Development and a Diploma in Business Studies. Greta has a keen focus on quality management and a flare for development of systems and resources. As a Trainer, Developer and a Systems Specialist Greta adds a wealth of experience to our team. |

Trish Stonestreet

| Trish is based in Wellington and provides specialist training services to Macquarie Training Ltd in the areas of training/coaching skills, presenting, facilitating, communication, relationship building and sales. She develops, designs and delivers customised workshops or trains other trainers to deliver them. A natural and fun facilitator, with more than 10 years training experience, her relaxed style puts participants at ease. She is qualified in Accelerted Learning and NLP, and is particular in ensuring that training is relevant, real and timely. |

Rob Ashcroft

| Rob Ashcroft is an expert practitioner in the fields of project and contract management. Rob has presented public and in-house courses within New Zealand, Singapore, Australia and the UK since 1990. In 1999 Rob was selected by the NZ Chapter of the Project Management Institute to develop and present the Project Accounting & Cost Control seminars and pre-conference training seminars in contingency managment and earned value analysis. Rob is based in Wellington and develops and presents Project/Contract Managemetn, Quality Fundamentals, Contract Law, Risk Management and Cost Management programmes for Macquarie Training Ltd. |
